I offer friendly, practical one-to-one tuition at suitable venues across West Sussex. Every session is tailored to your current experience and the areas you would most like to improve.

Choosing the right rod, reel, line and feeder
Setting up a safe and effective method feeder rig
Preparing pellets and groundbait correctly
Loading the method feeder
Choosing the right hookbait
Finding the best areas of the lake to fish
Casting accurately and consistently
Recognising and responding to bites
Playing and landing fish safely
Fish care and safe handling
Adjusting your approach when the fish aren’t responding
You won’t be overwhelmed with complicated information. Everything will be explained clearly, demonstrated on the bank and taught at your pace.

Session Options
Day Session — £200
10:00am–4:00pm
Six hours of friendly, practical one-to-one tuition tailored to your experience and the areas you would most like to improve.
Full-Day Session — £250
8:00am–5:00pm
A complete day on the bank with more fishing time and the opportunity to cover techniques in greater depth. The longer session also allows us to adapt our approach as the conditions and the behaviour of the fish change throughout the day.
